Our gluten and lactose-free Greek salad recipe is the perfect meal for this summer to accompany your barbecue.
2 tablespoons Yogurt lactose-free
1 Cucumber
Mint
1 Lemon juice/zest
Dill
One garlic grated
Salt and pepper
Paprika
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Apple cider
One garlic grated
4-5 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Cucumbers
Bell peppers
Tomatoes
Kalamata olives
Red onions
Feta cheese (lactose-free)
5 Bella vita sausage Mediterranean
In a bowl, make the tzatziki sauce by adding and mixing all the ingredients. The quantities are adaptable to the desired amount of sauce.
For the dressing sauce, add the spoon of mustard, honey, both apple cider vinegar and 4-5 spoons of olive oil. Check everything. Then add the chopped garlic with salt/pepper and oregano. Mix again and set aside in the cold.
For the salad, cut the vegetables to your liking and put everything in a large container.
Cook your sausages in the pan or barbecue.
Prepare your plates with the salad and sausages and add the feta. Enjoy!
