1 packet of sliced cooked sausages
cloves of minced garlic
500g of gnocchi for frying
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and garlic, then stir for 2 minutes.
Add the sliced sausages to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the sliced mushrooms and the gnocchi to the skillet and sauté for about 4 minutes.
Add the spinach, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir for about 2 minutes, then serve hot.
Accompany it with a glass of wine!
