60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
45 ml (3 tbsp) maple syrup
45 ml (3 tbsp) chopped parsley
30 ml (2 tbsp) old-fashioned mustard
15 ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic
15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped thyme
15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped rosemary
350 g (about 3/4 lb) Brussels sprouts cut in half
8 sweet Italian sausages ROMA
2 Gala apples cut into quarters
1 red onion cut into quarters
1 large sweet potato cut into cubes
Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F).
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, parsley, mustard, vinegar, garlic and herbs.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Spread the preparation on a baking sheet lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the sausages and vegetables halfway through.
