- 1 In a saucepan or large skillet, brown sausages in the oil
- 2 Add broth, raisins, and half the cilantro.
- 3 Bring to a boil and add the couscous. Stir Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Adjust the seasoning.
- 4 Sprinkle with the remaining cilantro and serve.
