Reinvent the traditional pizza by making this mouthwatering pepperoni-stuffed bread presented by Aliments du Québec on the 5-15 magazine. There’s no better way to get everyone around the table!
Ingredients
1 loaf of Belgian bread
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded mozzarella
60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped fresh parsley
80 ml (1/3 cup) melted garlic butter
Pepper to taste
1/4 package Roma Caserta Pepperoni (375 g)

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Make grid incisions in the loaf of bread, without slicing it completely.

In a bowl, combine the green onions with the Swiss cheese, mozzarella, parsley and garlic butter. Pepper.

Divide the pepperoni slices and cheese mixture as deep into the incisions as possible. Pepper.

Place loaf of bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
