2 boxes of your favourite mac and cheese

1 white onion

1 green pepper and 1 red bell pepper

2 cups of fresh mozzarella or provolone cheese

1 pack of white button mushrooms

1 pack of pepperoni Roma

1/2 cup of sour cream

1 can of your favourtie italian pizza sauce

1 small box of diced tomatoes drained of their juice

2 tablespoons of olive oil



Start by putting water on to boil for your macaroni. Follow the instructions on the macaroni and cheese meal box


While the water is boiling, chop the onion and slice the green and red bell peppers and white mushrooms.


When all the vegetables are prepared, continue cooking your macaroni according to the instructions.


Drain the pasta and take great care to rinse out the starch. Otherwise, your cheese sauce may not adhere well to the pasta. Turn the pasta over in the pot.


Add the cheese sauce mix and the sour cream directly to the pasta. Mix until you reach the desired consistency for your cheese sauce.


Prepare an ovenproof dish with a little oil on the bottom and edges to prevent the macaroni from sticking


Add the previously prepared vegetables to the mac and cheese and mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed. Save some of the vegetables for the surface.


Transfer the mac and cheese to the oiled baking dish and level it out with a spoon.


Drain the juice from the canned diced tomatoes and mix the tomatoes with the pizza sauce in another bowl.


Cover the mac and cheese with the sauce mix.


Add the pepperoni and the rest of the vegetables to top the meal.


Place in the oven at 350 degrees F and cook uncovered for about 25 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
