Make heads turn at the office with this delicious merguez sandwich on ciabatta bread. A perfect way to reinvent your lunch sandwich!
Red onions
Provolone or cheddar cheese
A variety of microgreens (radish, beet, broccoli, arugula, sunflower, etc.)
Tomato slices
Ciabatta bread
Mayonnaise
Simply spread mayonnaise on your bread.
Then top with Roma cooked sliced merguez sausages, red onions, provolone or cheddar cheese and a variety of microgreens.
Add tomato slices at the very last minute.
Fill the bento with cucumbers and voilà!
For a crunchier texture, toast the bread and sauté the cooked sliced sausages!
