Sometimes, you simply need to vary the presentation of a meal to renew the kids’ lunchbox. Fun and delicious, these capicollo rolls are sure to please your little ones.
Large tortillas
Boston lettuce
Cheese
Mayonnaise
Snow peas
Cherry tomatoes
Cheese cubes
Kiwi slices
Grapes
Spread mayonnaise on a large tortilla, add Boston lettuce, slices of mild capicollo and cheese, then roll the tortilla up tightly. Slice each tortilla into 2 cm rolls.
For a colourful lunch, garnish the bento with snow peas, cherry tomatoes, cheese cubes, kiwi slices and grapes.
Hold the rolls in place by securing them with toothpicks.
