“Arrabbiata” literally means “angry” in Italian; and refers to the spiciness of the chili peppers. Arrabbiata is typically a very spicy sauce for pasta made from garlic, tomatoes, and red chili peppers (Peperoncino) cooked in olive oil. Our Arrabbiata sausage lives up to this reputation of spiciness.
