  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) chopped parsley
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) old-fashioned mustard
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped thyme
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped rosemary
  • 350 g (about 3/4 lb) Brussels sprouts cut in half
  • 8 sweet Italian sausages ROMA
  • 2 Gala apples cut into quarters
  • 1 red onion cut into quarters
  • 1 large sweet potato cut into cubes
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation  of  the  recipe  for  sausages,  sweet  potato  and  Brussels  sprouts  on  the  plate

  • Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, parsley, mustard, vinegar, garlic and herbs.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
  • Spread the preparation on a baking sheet lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the sausages and vegetables halfway through.
