- 60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) maple syrup
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) chopped parsley
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) old-fashioned mustard
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped thyme
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped rosemary
- 350 g (about 3/4 lb) Brussels sprouts cut in half
- 8 sweet Italian sausages ROMA
- 2 Gala apples cut into quarters
- 1 red onion cut into quarters
- 1 large sweet potato cut into cubes
- Pepper to taste
Preparation of the recipe for sausages, sweet potato and Brussels sprouts on the plate
- Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, parsley, mustard, vinegar, garlic and herbs.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Spread the preparation on a baking sheet lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the sausages and vegetables halfway through.
