Reinvent the traditional pizza by making this mouthwatering pepperoni-stuffed bread presented by Aliments du Québec on the 5-15 magazine. There's no better way to get everyone around the table!

- 1 loaf of Belgian bread
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded mozzarella
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped fresh parsley
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) melted garlic butter
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 package Roma Caserta Pepperoni (375 g)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Make grid incisions in the loaf of bread, without slicing it completely.
- In a bowl, combine the green onions with the Swiss cheese, mozzarella, parsley and garlic butter. Pepper.
- Divide the pepperoni slices and cheese mixture as deep into the incisions as possible. Pepper.
- Place loaf of bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
