INGREDIENTS
- 4 croissants
- 30ml (2 tablespoons) pesto
- 8 leaves of red curly romaine lettuce
- 8 slices of Roma capicolli mild
- 12 slices of Roma pepperoni
PREPARATION
- Slice the croissants in halves.
- Spread the insides with pesto.
- Garnish with lettuce, two slices of capicolli and four slices of pepperoni.
- Close the croissants.
Bonus
Heat the croissant for 4-5 minutes in a conventional oven or 2-3 minutes in a toaster oven for a crunchier taste.
