Tzatziki :
2 tablespoons Yogurt lactose-free
1 Cucumber
Mint
1 Lemon juice/zest
Dill
One garlic grated
Salt and pepper
Paprika
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Homemade dressing :
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Apple cider
One garlic grated
4-5 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Oregano

Greek salad :
Cucumbers
Bell peppers
Tomatoes
Kalamata olives
Red onions
Feta cheese (lactose-free)
5 Bella vita sausage Mediterranean
Preparation of the recipe
- In a bowl, make the tzatziki sauce by adding and mixing all the ingredients. The quantities are adaptable to the desired amount of sauce.
- For the dressing sauce, add the spoon of mustard, honey, both apple cider vinegar and 4-5 spoons of olive oil. Check everything. Then add the chopped garlic with salt/pepper and oregano. Mix again and set aside in the cold.
- For the salad, cut the vegetables to your liking and put everything in a large container.
- Cook your sausages in the pan or barbecue.
- Prepare your plates with the salad and sausages and add the feta. Enjoy!
