Cooking Method
COOK TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F (74°C).
BBQ: With the lid down preheat grill to medium-low. Grill with the lid down. Turn often until the patties are golden brown. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
AIR FRYER: Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F for 3 minutes. Place the patties on the non-stick cooking tray in the cooking basket. Insert the basket into the appliance and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until fully cooked. Flip the patties halfway through cooking. Let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
STOVETOP / FRYING: Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with olive oil. Add patties and cook over medium heat. Turn often until the patties are golden brown. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375 °F. Place patties on a foil-lined baking sheet. Place the tray of patties in the center of the oven and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until fully cooked. Flip the patties halfway through cooking. Let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
IN A SPAGHETTI SAUCE: Partially cook the patties in a non-stick skillet with onions and garlic. Cook over medium-low heat for 8 minutes. Transfer the patties to a large pot, add canned tomatoes and spices and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 60 to 90 minutes.
