Cooking Method
COOK TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F (74°C).
Use tongs to prevent piercing the sausage skin.
BBQ: With the lid down preheat grill to medium-low. Grill with the lid down. Turn links often until the sausages are golden brown. Do not pierce the skin as this will create are-ups that could burn and dry out the sausage. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
AIR FRYER: Preheat the air fryer to 390° F for 3 minutes. Place the sausages on the non-stick cooking tray in the cooking basket. Insert the basket into the appliance and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until fully cooked. Turn the sausages halfway through cooking. Let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
STOVETOP / FRYING: Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with olive oil. Add sausages and cook over medium heat. Turn links often until the sausages are golden brown. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes or until cooked through.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375° F. Place sausages on a foil-lined baking sheet. Place the tray of sausages in the center of the oven and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until fully cooked. Turn the sausages halfway through cooking. Let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
IN A SPAGHETTI SAUCE: Partially cook the sausages in a non-stick skillet with onions and garlic. Cook over medium-low heat for 8 minutes. Transfer sausages to a large pot, add canned tomatoes and spices and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 60 to 90 minutes.
